- We hope these dates are final, but there may be changes in scheduling.
- Temporary pool closures may occur at any time. If this should occur you will be notified as soon as possible by NTAC staff. Cancelled classes will be made up at the end of the season where scheduling permits.
- We reserve the right to cancel any class for which NTAC is unable to recover their operating costs.
- At the time of publishing, NTAC has not received its required permits from the Toronto District School Board; nor has it been advised of the cost of such permits or the length of time for which such permits will be issued. NTAC therefore reserves the right to cancel or limit classes, to shorten the teaching session or to increase its fees. When the permit situation has been clarified, if classes are not proceeding as scheduled, NTAC, at its option, will provide a full or pro-rated refund. Under the circumstances, NTAC cannot guarantee that all or any classes will proceed as scheduled.
