Refunds
No make-up lesson or other financial credit/refund will be available to individuals who miss a class.
There is a $25 non-refundable administration charge, if cancellation in writing or via e-mail is made prior to start of classes.
For Children’s Swim Classes and Adult Swim Classes
A request for a refund made in writing or via email by the end of the fourth class will be honoured, less a $50 non-refundable charge. Refunds are not available after the fourth class.
For Lifesaving and Instructor Courses
NTAC is unable to offer a refund after the start of the first class as the club cannot fill vacated spots once the classes have started.
For Spring Swim Classes
A request for a refund made in writing or via email before the start of the second class will be honoured, less a $25 non-refundable charge. Refunds are not available after the second class.
NSF
There is a $35 charge for NSF cheques.
