Refunds
a) All refunds will be issued by cheque.
b) Full Refund: If we cannot accept you, we will process a full refund.
c) Cancellations: must be made in writing or via e-mail (info@ntac.ca)
1) Prior to the start of classes: Refund; less a $25 non-refundable charge.
2) After the start of classes:
Children’s Swim Classes |
Before the fifth class; refund less a $50 non-refundable charge. After the fifth class – no refunds. |
Lifesaving & Instructor Courses |
No refund after the start of the first class. |
Adult Swim Classes |
Before the fifth class; refund less a $50 non-refundable charge. After the fifth class – no refunds. |
Spring Swim Classes |
Before the third class; refund less a $25 non-refundable charge. After the third class – no refunds. |
d) No make-up lesson or other financial credit/refund will be available in connection with a missed lesson.
