2010 - 2011 Registration
Registration for the Children’s Swim Classes covers the season from late September until late April.
Age Requirement
A child must be 3 years of age by the first day of regular classes to swim with the Club. A photocopy of the child's proof of age is required for all 3 year olds. A child who turns 3 years old later in the season may register if space is available.
Returning Members
Please mail membership application form and cheque by July 15 for priority placement.
New Members
New members must mail in an membership application form and cheque. Applications will be processed after July 15. Please indicate approximate swimming ability on the back of the application form.
NTAC will contact you after July 15, to confirm receipt of your application, the day of the lessons and to schedule a water test appointment. All children new to NTAC must come for a water test, at no charge, to determine the swim level. At the water test, NTAC will confirm the time of the lesson.
Water tests will be conducted September 11 – 16. An appointment will be scheduled on the day of the regular swim lesson, i.e. water test on Saturday September 11 for Saturday lessons. NTAC will not cash your cheque until after the water test.
Registration Documents
A complete set of registration documents consists of:

a fully completed membership application form

a cheque payable to NTAC

a photocopy of proof of age, for 3 year olds only.
No swimmer will be admitted to class unless all documents and fees for all family members have been received and processed. Absolutely no documentation or payment will be accepted at the pool.
